Have you had this screen presented when you attempt to open a document on a listing? This error usually occurs when the listing is saved as a partial, the document is uploaded, and then the listing is made active. Unfortunately, it can happen anytime if something goes wrong when the doc is being uploaded. But usually it is due to the conversion from Partial to full listing.
Paragon is very close to resolving this issue!
But, in the meantime, if you see this, please do the list agent a favor and notify them that their document needs to be reloaded!
