Back in December, the MLS began requiring two new fields called “reciprocal compensation amount” and “reciprocal compensation type.” To learn more about the addition of these new fields and what they are for, CLICK HERE.
As of the end of January about 2/3 of all Active residential listings have been updated to include these fields. If you have not already updated your listings to include these fields you may wish to do so before the reciprocal compensation fields are published to the Data Coop later this quarter.
