A system issue is preventing lockbox activity from being displayed in the MLS, despite the lockboxes being assigned correctly to the listing.
GBRAR and Supra staff are working to resolve the issue, but we do not have an estimated repair time at this point. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

You can access lockbox activity reports by using SupraWeb – you will need to log into that system separately. If you need assistance with SupraWeb, please call Supra at 877-699-6787.

Wait, what the heck are you talking about?
Great question. There is an option to link your Supra lockbox information with your listing information in the GBR MLS. This allows you to check on lockbox activity – if someone has accessed the home using the lockbox – by simply logging into the MLS.
