Starting April 1st, 2015 the property “Tax ID” field will become a required field for input on all residential resale listings in the 11-Parish Greater Baton Rouge area.
The new Paragon Tax database actually makes it very easy to automatically fill in a new listings input form from the tax record. Not only will this let you autofill the Tax ID, but also fields like Legal Description, Address, City, State, and Zip can all be added to jump-start your listing input with just a couple of clicks!

Don’t be fooled by the label “Baton Rouge”! That only indicates the Association. The Tax information covers ALL Parishes within our jurisdiction — as well as Tangipahoa!
