9.3.4 iOS
Apple recently released operating system iOS 9.3.4 for iPhones and iPads. Supra completed testing of the new iOS with the eKEY app and are happy to announce there are no issues.
iOS 10 Beta
Apple recently released to some users a beta version of their next operating system. The Supra eKey will NOT work with the beta operating system. If you upgrade your iOS to a beta system your eKey will not be able to update, and you’ll have to uninstall the beta OS and get a new eKey authorization code before your key will function again. You can get an authorization code by calling Supra, 1-877-699-6787, or GBRAR, 225-761-2000.
Showing Notifications
Supra is making a small change to the sending address for showing notifications. The showing notifications will come from SupraShowings@utc.com instead of SupraShowings.UnmonitoredMailbox@fs.utc.com. This shorter email address helps contain showing notifications to one text message. This change will go into effect in the evening on Thursday, August 11.
If you aren’t receiving showing notifications and you think you should be, check the email address you have specified to receive showing notifications in SupraWEB and check your spam folder to make sure that SupraShowings@utc.com is not blocked.
