In an effort to make it easier to locate documents, we apparently did quite the opposite. It has been reported that many find it harder now than before.
Here is an easy way to locate any document within a file:
When you open a file you will see a search field at the top! You can type the title of the document, or a safer, easier option, is to type only a portion of the title, as in the example below:
Once you typed in what you are searching for, click enter and the system will provide you a list of documents whose title contains that information:
