Enhancements
1) Reset or preserve checklist items when duplicating transactions: When duplicating a transaction, users now
have the option to Reset Checklist Items.
a. If the Reset Checklist Items option is selected, any previously attached documents will be removed and
any existing statuses will be reset in the duplicated transaction.
b. If the Reset Checklist Items option is not selected, any previously attached documents will remain
attached and any existing statuses will be preserved in the duplicated transaction.
2) Improved PDF Data Import format and functionality:
a. When uploading more than one Data Import-compatible document, users now have the option to skip
importing data for the current document without closing the entire Data Import process.
b. Users now have the option to dismiss the banner notifying them of data that can be imported.
Fixes
1) Office filters: Corrected an issue where previous office filter selections were not being saved on the Office
Transactions and Broker File Review pages when navigating back to those pages.
2) Checklist item deletion: Corrected an issue where some super users were unable to delete checklist items.
3) Document review: Corrected an issue where clicking on the Partial Approval icon would not open the document
review modal.
4) Form security: Corrected an issue where some methods of downloading forms were not retaining the forms
password and security.
5) Live support link: Corrected an issue where the live support link was redirecting users to an incorrect page.
6) Guides link: Corrected an issue where the guides link was redirecting users to an incorrect page.
7) Transaction autosaving: Corrected an issue where locking the transaction status did not trigger the autosave
function.
8) Moving documents: Corrected an issue where documents were not being removed from the selection basket
after being successfully moved to a different folder.
9) Saving external commissions: Corrected an issue where the save button may have remained active when
attempting to save a referral or outside broker to a Lone Wolf Link-enabled transaction.
10) DocuSign error: Corrected an issue where forms or documents with quotation marks in their name would not
properly send to DocuSign.
11) Signing timeout: Corrected an issue where Authentisign would time out if users attempted to add a fax-back
cover sheet to a signing.
