GBRAR has been notified of a potential scammer:
The individual is a buyer from Florida claiming to be looking for a home for his son. He making cash offers with a short time to close. The individual did not provide proof of funds.
An internet search of the buyer’s full name reveals a past record of real estate scams.
Ultimately they were flagged by the title company before closing.
