A minimum of one (1) photograph will be required on all residential resale listings entered into the MLS beginning April 1, 2015. Like, PDD’s photos mus be entered within 5-days of the listing being submitted to the MLS, and also like PDD’s, failure to submit a photograph may result in fines being assessed.
