Since, April 1st any residential resale listings entered into the MLS require the inclusion of a TAX ID. This allows MLS users to instantly pull back a Paragon Tax Report for that listing. But what about the thousands of listings previously entered that didn’t have a TAX ID?
Just this week, Paragon completed a process of updating over 120,000 historical listings to automatically fill in those id numbers based on an address match. This means that for many more listings — including many of the old ones, users will now have greater access to tax reports from those listings!
