In recognition of the tireless efforts and dedication of our employees during this COVID-19 crisis, Black Knight has designated Friday, May 22nd as an additional Company Holiday for all Black Knight Employees. While this is not a standard, scheduled day off, we feel it is important for our employees to rest and rejuvenate, especially during these unprecedented times.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in giving our teams some additional time with their loved ones and families.
As such, Black Knight MLS Customer Care will be closed on Friday, May 22, 2020 as well as Monday, May 25, 2020 in observance of Memorial Day. We will, however, be open Saturday and Sunday during regular support hours, to assist your members.
After the Memorial holiday, normal business hours will resume on Tuesday, May 26, 2020, as follows:
