Effective this morning, the Stinson Metro-Key Map Page & Map Key are no longer designated as a “required” fields for input on the system.
The Map Page and Map Key data fields were first implemented back in the days of the MLS books, and they provided an alternative way to search by using a grid of artificial geographical boundaries.
The technological advances of modern MLS’s — including today’s Paragon system give users far more control using map-based searches. Today, users have the ability to create custom search areas, overlay search areas, and include/exclude search areas based on the maps.
