A new validation has been added to listing input, which will require you to define the difference between Living SqFt and Total SqFt.
In the example, Lower SqFt plus Porch SqFt plus Carport SqFt equals the Total SqFt. No modification request will occur.
In the example below, the Cvrd Porch SqFt wasn’t entered, so a modification request will occur!
