Does your brokerage currently send listings to Zillow, Trulia, HotPads or one of the other Zillow Group websites?
Beginning May 8th, GBRAR will begin syndicating listings directly to Zillow Group. At that time Zillow will no longer allow direct listing input. The GBRAR MLS has negotiated an agreement with Zillow that will allow the MLS to deliver a broker’s listings on their behalf to the Zillow Group. As with REALTOR.COM, our delivery of listing content to Zillow Group will be on an “opt-out” basis. If you desire for us to send your listings to Zillow, you need not do anything — and they will be automatically included in our listing content delivery.
If you DO NOT want your listings included, you should notify the MLS staff, in writing, or by email to data@gbrar.com indicating that you DO NOT want your listings delivered to Zillow Group.
