Once on a team, listings that are affiliated with team members can be made “team listings.” Team listings can then be maintained by any member of that team with Maintenance Rights.
Registration of a Team in MLS will require a broker’s authorization, and compliance with Section 19 of the LREC Rules & Regulations governing Teams and Groups.
