In November of 2015, the MLS expanded the services available to its members through Instanet. Users now have access to the full product suite through the Paragon MLS, including unlimited digital signatures. What is significant about these upgrades is that there are now some POWERFUL tools available to offices’ as well such as:
- Custom Office Documents that can be made available to your agents.
- Custom Logos that can be added to standardized forms so that they can be branded to your organization.
- Custom “Quick Start Groups” allow you to create digital listing packets or buyers packets
- Custom clauses allow you build a library of stock legal language for only your agents to use/insert into contracts
- The new Docbox Function allows you use Instanet for cloud based storage and records retention –– even if the document was on paper!
- Detailed contract record auditing, workflows allow you to monitor progress of contracts in your office through Broker Panels
- Sharing of transaction folders allow you and your agents to invite other parties, mortgage, title, closing to have access to pertinent documents.\
In 2016 Transaction Desk will also be releasing a new simplified user interface, and the MLS is making arrangements to bring in trainers at that time, however we do not want you wait and encourage you to beign taking advantage of all that Instanet has to offer now.
