Internet Data Exchange (IDX) is a program of permission, rules and policies that allow MLS members to advertise the listings of other MLS members online.

THIRD PARTY DATA LICENSING
For a more robust search engine technology or more advanced features, users may wish to consider utilizing the services of a MLS licensed IDX VENDOR. Users who wish to use the services of one of these vendors will need to execute their own IDX Member License with the MLS ($10/month) + whatever the vendor costs are to provide their unique IDX solutions.
Executing these agreements with a third party vendor can now be done online through the Bridge Interactive button on the single sign-on dashboard.
If there is a vendor that is not appearing on the list, that doesn’t mean you can’t use them. It may simply require that new vendor to simultaneously execute a new vendor agreement. You should ask them to contact the MLS at 225-761-2000.
