How to search in ROAM:
Searching ROAM listings is just like searching for GBRAR MLS listings, but there are a few things that you need to watch out for.
1. MLS Areas
MLS Areas are a great way to search for GBRAR MLS listings, but ROAM listings don’t contain the GBRAR area field. To make sure that you are seeing all listings in a geographical area, use fields such as city, zip code, or draw a custom shape on the map search.
2. Search by MLS Number
If you are searching for a listing by MLS number add the prefix from the table below
Example: I know that the GSREIN MLS number is 2312345. The GSREIN prefix is NO. Putting the number and prefix together gives us the listing’s MLS ID of NO2312345.
