Many of you have been looking for the updated Contingency Addendum. It has now been added to the MLS Documents and sent to Instanet Solutions to be added to the online documents on Transaction Desk! The transaction desk option is not yet available.
To locate it in the MLS Documents, go to the “Contract Forms” file and search for Contingency in the search field!
