Annual MLS and IDX invoices for the period of July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016 have now been posted.
Users who wish to pay these invoices online can do so through the following link:
Internet Data Exchange or IDX is an optional service available from the MLS, that allow MLS members to advertise the listings of other IDX Participants online through a website vendor approved by the MLS.
Members who elect to utilize this optional service must sign an IDX license agreement with that vendor and pay the appropriate fees, currently $10/month per license. These fees are billed annually according to the MLS billing year which runs from July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016.
Because these are optional services, you can choose not to participate, and you will still have access to other MLS functions. Users should understand, however that resigning the IDX license would eliminate the ability to display IDX listings to consumers through your licensed website.
