Forget your Supra eKEY PINK? No problem! Now you can easily reset your PIN on your own, with the new “Forgot PIN” feature in the eKEY app. Follow these steps to get started:
- Install the latest version of the eKEY app from your app store.
- Enable phone lock authentication (Biometric/Face ID/PIN/Password) on your device.
- Ensure you have an email or mobile number registered with Supra system. Keyholders outside of the U.S. or Canada may only use their email to reset PIN.
