GBRAR has been notified of a scam:
The gentlemen’s family member reached out to an agent via Facebook messenger to inquire about an active property. The claim is to need several cash sales to purchase multiple homes within Baton Rouge and surrounding areas for his family.
He provided what appears to be false proof of funds and has stopped any communication with the agent or team.
