In this class you will learn how to:
• Recognize and work with the requirements in the license law and the REALTOR® Code of Ethics in the presentation and negotiation of contracts.
• Understand the need to prepare our clients for the negotiating process and have the steps necessary to do that.
• Guide the client through the process and assist them to reach their goals by counseling them on current market conditions.
