Change in LA Law Affects Limited Service Listings in MLS

Due to a recent change in Louisiana Law, clients can no longer waive the responsibilities of a licensee to accept and present offers.

Since this practice is no longer permitted under LA Law, the MLS Option of “NOT Accept/Present Offers” will soon be removed from the feature group “LIST AGT/OFC WILL NOT.”
