One of the most common incorrect fields is Document Type. This field not only tells users what document it is, but also allows iCheck to check for required documents. iCheck checks each residential listing to ensure that the Property Disclosure Document (PDD) has been uploaded. If you have received a notice and need to edit a document’s Document Type follow the instructions below.
The first step in editing the document type is clicking on the listing icon at the top of your screen, then click on “Listings” underneath Maintain.
Find the listing that you want to maintain and click on the MLS number of the listing.
Click on Add/Edit Documents from the menu on the left-hand side.
Double click on the document to bring up the modify window. Select the correct document type from the drop-down menu and click Save.
*When uploading the PDD be certain that you select the “PRPDS – Property Disclosure” document type. If the PRPDS – Property Disclosure document type is not selected for the PDD, iCheck will send out a violation notice.
