Paragon Discontinues Fax Upload

Associated Document “Fax Upload” Discontinued 

In late December, Paragon communicated that they disabled the Associated Documents Fax Upload functionality due to intermittent issues it caused with Power Search. Since then, Paragon has reviewed this functionality and usage in detail.

Their findings concluded that Fax Upload has exceptionally low usage as the large majority of users favor the Document Upload Process readily available within Paragon. Consequently, the decision was made to discontinue this functionality, effective immediately, and continue efforts to dedicate resources where we create the most benefit for members.
