*UPDATE* 09/19/2019
As of 7:30 PM Central Time on Thursday, September 18th, Yahoo hosted emails (which includes AOL) are no longer being delayed at the Yahoo side and all pending emails have cleared out. New emails are being generated and delivered within seconds. Our IT team will continue to monitor the situation and we will alert you if any problems resume, but unless you are notified you can consider this issue resolved.
Although Yahoo hosted services (Yahoo, AOL, Verizon, and Rogers among others) are again delivering email, they have proved themselves to be an unreliable notification method. We strongly encourage all agents to update their profiles and their sellers’ profiles with at least one alternative notification method (mobile app, SMS, or non-Yahoo email address) to ensure notifications are not missed in the future.

As of Thursday, September 12th, Yahoo and AOL are once again rate limiting inbound emails from ShowingTime, which is dramatically slowing the delivery of ShowingTime emails to those users. We suggest that anyone who already has another email address available to switch to that in the ShowingTime system, switch to SMS notifications, or best of all to use the ShowingTime app for agents and sellers which can’t be blocked or interfered with for notifications. We apologize for this difficulty though it is not within our control. We understand that this is troublesome for your agents and their clients, and are making every effort to get Yahoo to resume delivering emails to their subscribers in a timely manner.
