With the release of the July 2019 edition of the MLS Rules and Regulations Section 1.2 was edited to say

“Section 1.2 (c)
Properties entered into the Residential Class that are not designated by age to be “new construction” shall submit a minimum of five (5) photographs immediately and no later than five (5) business days after the listing is submitted to the MLS. It is recommended these images include: Front Elevation, Rear, Parking, Kitchen & Living areas. MLS staff is also authorized to remove any photos found to be in violation of 1.2.(b) above.”

Simply put, when listing a residential property you have 5 business days to add 5 photos of the property. If there are not 5 photos in 5 business days the listing will be picked up by the iCheck system.

Please be sure to look for emails coming from MLSBOX@iCheckMLS.com with the subject of “Notice of violation.” If iCheck has sent a notice and the violation has not been corrected, a fine will be issued.
