How do I add a FSBO to the system?!? I represented the buyer and want to add the listing for comparable purposes!
It’s easy!
But first, make sure you have the permission of the owner to add it to the MLS!
Even though you are unable to choose “Unrepresented/Nonlicensee” from your dropdown options for list agent, Susan@gbrar.com certainly can!
Simply add your listing, completing all the requirements of the MLS rules for listings, using the buyer’s agent or the broker’s name as the list agent. Complete reporting the listing as sold.
Once it is in the SOLD status, send an email to Susan@gbrar.com providing the listing number assigned by the MLS and requesting the listing agent be changed to “Unrepresented/Nonlicensee” and it will be updated to reflect the correct information!
